Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how Hrida Ventures handles refunds and cancellations for orders of tea and honey products.

1. Consumable Products

Hrida Ventures's teas and honey are consumable food products. As is standard practice for food and FMCG items, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be returned or refunded, except in the cases described below.

2. Damaged, Expired or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery, along with photo evidence, by emailing info@hridaventures.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 82758 29711.

3. Resolution

Valid claims will be resolved through a replacement or a refund, at Hrida Ventures's discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or WhatsApp with your order details.
