1. Delivery Area

We currently ship pan-India through Shiprocket's courier network.

2. Delivery Timelines

Typical delivery takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location (metro or non-metro).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout / communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control (force majeure). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. How Orders Are Placed

As Hrida Ventures does not yet operate a live online checkout, orders are currently taken manually through WhatsApp or our Contact page enquiry form. Once your order and delivery address are confirmed, we coordinate shipping directly with you.
